DR. DEREK KLATT

Evolve Chiropractic & Rehab is owned and operated by Dr. Derek Klatt. For over ten years, Dr. Klatt has been serving the Harrisburg community, providing general and family-focused chiropractic care. He has over a decade of experience working with a multitude of health challenges, building expertise on how to manage a variety of care plans. He believes in an individualized approach, ensuring each patient gets the support and tools they need to feel and live better.

Dr. Klatt grew up as an athlete, experiencing the ups and downs of fatigue and physical injury. Sparking an interest in medicine, Dr. Klatt pursued a degree in Biology from the University of South Dakota. After shadowing fellow doctors in his family, he quickly gravitated toward chiropractic. He attended Cleveland University, Kansas City, and obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He moved back to South Dakota and has been sharing his passion ever since.

When he's not at work, Dr. Klatt enjoys playing a round of golf, going to the lake and spending time with his wife, Dara and their two kids, Everson and Tayson.

DR. CASEY KREJCI

Dr. Casey Krejci is the newest addition to Evolve Chiropractic & Rehab, joining the practice in early 2024. Casey brings with him a wealth of knowledge in both general and sports-focused chiropractic care. He specializes in DNS therapy - an advanced rehabilitative technique - and will soon be certified in dry needling. He is eager to serve a range of chiropractic needs and is uniquely suited to support athletes of all ages.

Originally from Yankton, SD, Casey grew up as a multi-sport athlete, playing both football and basketball all through high school. After earning his Biology degree from South Dakota State University, he went on to Cleveland University, Kansas City, to earn his Doctorate. He completed additional coursework to focus on individualize care plans, specifically using rehab and soft tissue work, a multi-model approach. Outside of work, Casey enjoys staying active, working on his golf swing, or cheering on his favorite teams, the Broncos or the Jackrabbits.
